So I’ve been a long time PMS user (9+ years) and as of late I cannot for the life of me get my server to stay up for more than a few hours at a time. Even after restarting the server it will crash partially through a TV episode (aka something less than an hour long). I (somewhat) recently upgraded my server from a 2006 Mac Pro Quad Xenon to a 2012 Mac Mini Server. The current server is running the latest public PMS release (v1.11.0.4666) on an i7 @ 2.3Ghz with 16GB of ram with 2TB’s (2 x 1TB) internal and 6TB’s (2 x 3TB) externally via USB and the system is running macOS High Sierra 10.13.1. I have tons of logs due to all of these crashes however I’m not sure which ones are the most useful so if someone could let me know which logs to attach I will get those and attach them as soon as possible in order to get to the bottom of my issues. PMS 1.11.0 is Beta not Public.
PMS 1.11.0 has some problems.
Please download PMS 1.10.1 which is Public.
Thanks ChuckPA! I completely forgot I even changed from release to beta builds. After changing it an hour or so ago it’s been pretty good, hopefully it stays that way. Thanks again for the help!
