# HELP! PMS keeps giving loading scroll wheel!

Player Version#:

My PMS keeps giving a loading wheel very frequently. I or a share account could be watching from ANY client and suddenly the server throws a loading wheel. The PMS on my Windows 10 PC also gives the loading wheel. Either I wait 5-10 minutes or I restart the PMS app. This has been happening for the last 10 days.

I tried downgrading but that did not help.  
I tried resetting plex and rebuilding my entire database but that did not work either. Disclaimer: I did keep the previous PMS settings and did not start fresh from the settings side.

**How do I fix this as my server has basically become unusable?**
