help I have plex installed on a vps ubuntu server Ubuntu Linux 18.04.2 I added the plex repository to linux, so I can do the updating automatically. However, I get an error and I can not solve the problem. I get the following error: Get: 10 [https://downloads.plex.tv/repo/deb](https://downloads.plex.tv/repo/deb) public / main amd64 Packages [704 B] Fetched 96.1 kB in 1s (137 kB / s) Reading package lists … Done N: Ignoring file ‘plexmediaserver.list.save.1’ in directory ‘/etc/apt/sources.list.d/’ as it has an invalid filename extension ---

Go ahead and remove that. How it got there is unknown but it doesn’t belong. It does say “ignoring”, N = Notification. ---

It is telling you `‘plexmediaserver.list.save.1’` is something it sees but is invalid. It’s of no consequence because it is ignored ( `N: Ignoring file`) It’s giving you a **N** otification that the invalid file is being ignored. If that bothers you, delete it. It’s purely informational ---

I need to see some more of what’s happening. I wasn’t away you actually had a problem with obtaining updates. Can you tell me which version you currently have installed? ---
