Need help because the downloads page only has 18 series as the latest. Current installed version is 1.21.2.3943-a91458577 ---

DS1621+ is a Ryzen V1500B CPU (x64 instruction set). Theoretically fully compatible but not tested. No hardware transcoding support for AMD at this time. ---

Looks like the 64 bit AMD Ryzen CPUs are not supported by the software.Works fine on my personal previous model DS1815+ - with Intel 64bit CPU. ---
