# Help with matching and track details

Hi, I’m trying to figure out why Plex will sometimes not download album details / descriptions. For example, I have this album:

As you can see there is a review. However, this review is not pulled down. When I try to ‘fix match’, I get two options. Neither one seems to make a difference. It is able to pull down several album covers, so it seems to be matching on something.

what are the tricks to get it to pull the description? I have the album artist as Alan Menken, and I’ve tried refreshing metadata from his profile which has sometimes helped, but it doesn’t for this one.
