# Heos App Streaming Error

Hello

I have purchased Plex Pass and managed (with a little difficulty) to import my Itunes library. I cannot however stream the music on Heos App. It recognizes the server, but when I access the music I get the following error:

Unkown Error:  
An unknown error ocurred (error code -9). Please try again.

Could someone please give me indications how to resolve this?

Not sure why that’s happening as I can stream my Plex music to my Heos system. Are you still having problems after the most recent Heos firmware update?

I just got a few Heos speakers. The 7s sound excellent! However, the sound is cutting out regularly from the speakers I have connected via Wifi (the Ethernet connected one never has an issue). Hope I can get this fixed as I otherwise really like what the Heos system offers.
