I can’t get my plex to work and I payed for a pass cause I thought that’s why I couldn’t get on but it wasnt ,so I would like to cancel it now ,may when I get someone to set it up for me I’ll come back

What doesn’t work? What are you expecting from Plex software?
Did you successfully install the server backend (software)?
Or did you just download the client on a TV, Fire, Roku etc?

@johndee56 Just so you understand plex doesnt just give you access to media you do not own.
YOU supply your own media. This has become a common misconception from people about Plex for some reason.
This is NOT a Netflix or Hulu type of thing.
