So I have hundreds of shows and 30 percent of them were requested by one of my 20 friends that have access. I wanted to know if there was a way to flag certain shows from just showing up on the home page or the library, like I could still search for them but not have them show otherwise. Does anything exist like that. The goal is to also not show when new episodes are added. I’m tired of marking the series as watched them they fill up the Home page. ---

Plex doesn’t currently have a concept for that. The closest you could get might be to use a separate account from the one running your server and share only the shows/movies you like to see. ---

If you were willing to put just those shows in a separate library you would have more control You could exclude them from recently added on your home screen but allow your friends to see them ![Screenshot (1907)](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/8/9/3/893c4eb198cd3e442cb36d28df7fd20251231fc3.png) Unfortunately, “friends” in this screen shot means everybody except you. Are you really talking about 1 user among 20 that requested all these shows. Or you just mean that a third of your library are requests by other users that you alone don’t have any interest in. Either way separating these shows into a different directory on your server could help solve this. You then need to make two TV show libraries. One with all your normal stuff, and one that includes the directory of the normal stuff and the directory of all the requests, too. Then as @JaysPlex said, you just change the visibility. You don’t have to change the library recs or home screen settings either. Just share the “everything” library with your friends and only have the “scornell2288’s shows only” library pinned to your own home screen. You wont see the content added to the requests directory then, but if you add something to your own stuff your friends will also get access to it. The only thing to keep in mind is the matching/metadata will be separate for each library (if you’re the kind of person who pics the perfect poster and background). ---
