Hope you’re able to fix the bug. in Library, number of items change if you filter by title (does not show items) & last update shows them. Hope it helps, looks connected to filtering
Version 1.40.2.8395
No change. My guess is that this bug is either not important enough (i.e. not enough people reporting/complaining) or too difficult (read: expensive) to fix.
Version 1.40.3.8555
Still hasn’t been looked at. Next month will be a full year since I first reported this “feature”. I paid a pretty fair amount for this software and get bupkes for support. While I truly love the software, the support leaves very much to be desired.
Version 1.40.4.8679
Well…here we are a full year later and this “feature” still doesn’t work properly. It’s really too bad that support is provided on a “if/when we get around to it” basis for those of us who paid good money for an otherwise very good product.
your dedication is crazy, but they really need to fix an issue that’s been around for 1+ years
Version 1.40.5.8854
Hello and welcome to our second, glorious year of complete inaction. @support , is there any hope of getting this fixed this century?
Version 1.40.5.8897
I need to make a template for these replies now. @support, please let us know you’re listening.
I do not have an update
@BigWheel, Thanks for the quick reply. However, that wasn’t the question I asked this time. I’d also like a ticket/incident/bug number on this. I’d like to call it out by name in the future.
For what purpose since you have no access to it? Any employee seeing this topic will know what it is already
To know that one has actually been opened. Your resistance to a such a simple request speaks volumes.
ok, then it does. I could tell you it is GL357s72. But you won’t believe me anyway
I do believe you. That was never in question. However, as an IT guy myself, I know that lack of a ticket number signifies a process problem. I was hoping we could rule that out and we have, thank you!
Version 1.41.0.8992
Release notes got my hopes up. Alas…here we are again…or still, actually. I would prefer to be told flat out that this issue will NOT be addressed.
Version 1.41.1.9057
You know the drill. By now, we all do.
Version 1.41.2.9200
Hi! The invisible ticket here. Does anybody see me?
Version 1.41.3.9292
I always get this brief thrill of hope when I read the Release Notes and it says something like:
FIXES
- (Library) In some cases library items were not properly sorted (PM-2106)
Alas, this is obviously NOT one of the aforementioned cases…as usual.
Version 1.41.4.9463
First version of a brand new year!
First opportunity to ignore a longtime existing issue, reported by a PAYING customer. By neither fixing nor explaining why this would be so difficult as to not fix it, you are setting expectations for lousy customer service. If there is a quality alternative to this software, I am now willing and likely to search them out and see if whichever company owns it knows anything more about customer service than how to spell it.
I’m sick of that bug too.
