I have a new Hisense tv and I’m trying to connect to my nas ds224+ plex server through the VIDAA plex app.
I have cycled through the restarting the server, tv, Virgin Media hub 5 Router, making sure that the connections are for unsecured and always. when you check the media servers, it still says that the server is indirect. All connections are cabled ethernet connections for TVs and wireless for tablet and phone.
I am using a windows Lan via the hub 5 and all other devices connect directly to the server and play apart from the hisense, which appears to say the server is remote and that I need to purchase a remote pass to watch something on the network it is connected to.
Any help would be much appreciated
