Good Day Trust all is well. I am having problems to link my Hisense Smart TV to my Plex Media Server. Once you enter the code to be able to link I keep on getting Diagnostic - Midrad . How do I get pass this ---

Can you check the version number of the Plex app? Sounds like you might be running the older, no longer supported version.
