Home screen on Android App saying no Internet connection?

Hi there. Has anyone come across this before? When on Wi-Fi at home (ie on local home network) the home screen of my android plex app (s20+) keeps saying no Internet connection (but there is as I can browse and use Internet just fine) but the home screen populates and updates fine on 4g/5g mobile data. (ie when I turn the WiFi off) Have attached screen shots. My tv’s are are connected via WiFi in the house and plex works fine
