# Home users add not working (with Plex Pass)

My plex server wont allow me to add my family members to my plex server to switch between accounts on tv, tablet or even NAS webpage, im a plex pass member and according to plex support pages on the subject you go into settings + plex home to add users, but i get nothing where i can add users in plex home section like support webpage suggests except to only change PIN or remove it.

Do you already have users added to your home? – there’s a maximum of 15 members for a Plex Home, that includes the admin.
Does your own account have the crown / home admin indicator as listed above?
