Host freezes every day for 15-20 minutes

Nearly every day at 8:20 p.m., my Plex server goes unresponsive. Mac Mini M1 running current version of MacOS Sonoma 14.3. Remote clients get a playback error. Trying to interact with the machine locally is barely possible, if at all. After 15 minutes or so, suddenly everything is back to normal, Plex is usable, etc.

Trying to track down if this is a Plex issue or something else on the machine.
