How do I update the Docker version of PMS in Synology？

I use Docker to run LinuxServer/Plex on Synology to use PMS, but recently PMS reminded me that there is a new version 1.22.3.4523, I downloaded this version and then there is a.deb file, how do I update it

If you’re running Plex inside a docker container, just restart that container. The container should then automatically pull the latest applicable version (e.g. public vs. beta).
