As per release notes [Release Notes for Plex Experience Preview (iOS & Android Mobile) - #15 by PlexInfo](https://forums.plex.tv/t/release-notes-for-plex-experience-preview-ios-android-mobile/894679/15)

Allow Live TV OTA when FAST is disabled.

How do you disable FAST, cannot see an option in the Android app settings?
