I’m feeling pretty frustrated. Is the forum the only way to get support? How do you get a Plex employee to help you with your problems? I posted and no response from an employee yet.
It was working fine and now suddenly, 127.0.0.1 is failing so no console.
It is not accessible from the client
I apparently have the 32 bit copy downloaded, but can’t find how to update without the console.
I posted a few days ago and no acknowledgement by an employee flair. A power user tried to help, but couldn’t take it very far.
the Windows system is “capricious” and many times simply insists on not working. I suggest you create a new user account on your windows system (do not use the name “plex”) and from that account download and install “32 or 64 bit plex server” as your computer allows. Test if that fixes the problem.
Can you post the steps already taken with power user? Error messages screen shots and information that may help.

Is there a VPN involved? Were just guessing without some real information. The forums are a lot more helpful that you realize. Look forward to some info.
