# How to configure new plex agent

HEllo,

I found the problem… it was because of my subfolders “'divx” and “mp4”… plex don’t support it correctly. I really need to have all tv show inside the tvshow folder without subdirectories. (or I can add them separately in same library).

by the way [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) works correctly with folder name modification in library configuration instead of file moving.
