# How to recreate all metadata wrongly created by Plex

Server Version#:newest  
Player Version#:4.70  
I put a new movie in the library with the correct name and date. But Plex for some reason found a french version of the film (completely different name, directors etc) and used that for the metadata. How do i get the metadata for the correct film?
