How to show music album's comment with local metadata?

I want to show music album’s info from local metadata. But i had some problems..
Following is my music album’s structure:
/Music
----/Artist
--------poster.jpg # singer photo
--------/Album
------------cover.jpg # album font
------------01-Come With Me Tonight.mp3
------------01-Come With Me Tonight.lrc

Is it possible to create a file named xx.txt to be loaded?

There is no support for retrieving artist bios or album reviews from local text files. This information is gathered from online databases like AllMusic or Last.FM, by way of MusicBrainz. Plex attempts to match your albums with a MusicBrainz release. If the MusicBrainz release has additional links to AllMusic.com or last.FM, artist biography and album reviews will be retrieved and populated in those fields in Plex.

So this should be put into a feature request.

Local information should always be the primary source of information about local files.
In fact a local media server should be fully functional without any internet access at all if the user decides so.

In addition to a mere feature request, the possibility to correct artist and album text is a pure necessity to fix plex music agent rubbish like this example.

Even when I didn’t explain my son anything about dating sites, he will still not read more on last.fm and is not interested in whatever license at all.
And editing that nonsense in Plex itself is completely useless. After moving to another system or disk, after doing a plexdance or simply after some time without doing anything at all, the rubbish always returns.
So best and only solution is to implement something like artist.txt and album.txt so the user can decide what is shown.
