# HW transcoding not working

Server Version#: Plex Media Server v1.41.4.9399  
Player Version#: Web Version 4.144.1 - other players have same issue

Windows Server 2025 OS  
CPU: Intel i7 8700 - iGPU HD 630 for transcoding

HW transcoding seems to fail in both 1.41.4.XXXX beta versions.  
When i roll back to 1.41.3.9314 HW transcoding works again.  
I have tried enabling & disabling the new HEVC transcoding, no difference.  
iGPU drivers have been updated.

I rolled back to the public 1.41.3.XXXX release. I have no issues on that one. HEVC & H264 transcoding works on that one as well.

Not sure if Plex devs are aware, but i’m just gonna test the new versions when they release.
