I cannot access my server even after it is claimed by me

I cannot access my server, i removed the container and respun it multiple times getting “Server Claimed” but then “Not Authorised” screen. The linked forum post is basically my exact issue and setup as well. But, i dont understand the solution as its not properly described.

Its because i am hosting on hetzner which is being blocked by plex. Such pathethic reason to block legitimate users. Might move to jelly fin or koby

Please dont name call without knowing the context. The reason that hetzner was blocked was mass violations of the TOS and copyright issues. Plex attempted to work with hetzner but was ignored. So Plex played it safe and blocked the hosting provider
