I Can't no longer Access my Server on any Apps since last update. Local Network

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5470
Player Version#: 3.69.1

This morning I updated PMS on my computer to version 1.14.0.5470 and ever since I can longer access my server, which works fine on my computer, on my streaming apps (PS4 and IOS).
I’m logged in but none my libraries will appear. All I get is “This Server “username” is unavailable

I followed the steps Here but to no avail.
Please Help. I really don’t know what to do.

If you can provide some server logs, myself or another person may be able to help diagnose your issue.

To grab logs go to the web interface, Settings -> Server -> Troubleshooting -> Download Logs.

Plex Media Server Logs_2018-11-28_12-28-57.zip (2.0 MB)

Thank you
Here goes/ Hope that helps.

I really could use some help, guys.
This is causing me a lot of grief.
Thanks in advance.

I found the solution.
I uninstalled Plex and reinstalled using a previous update.

On a more angry note. I think it’s absolutely appalling and shameful that you would release updates that would make your product unusable for your paying customers.

I am having the same issue. I have no idea what to do?

Probably unrelated but over the years I’ve noticed a massive slowdown after virtually every update. The only remedy is restarting PMS. Task Manager is always filled with conhosts and scripthosts and pythons oh my. Close and restart and suddenly everything is back to normal. ymmv

I have tried restarting twice and have gotten no where.

Have you tried rolling back to the last working version? You can find it in the Updates folder. Uninstall Plex, reinstall with that file. All your settings will be the same.

I don’t know where the Updates folder is? Are you referring to my computer ? Running a Mac and can’t find any old versions

It’s in the same location as all your metadata. I don’t know where that would be on a mac but you should be able to find the path (I assume the path is user configurable on a mac) in Plex’s general settings: “The path where local application data is stored”

I got it figured out and up and running thanks for the help

Hey no problem. Just so you know I’m not any kind of expert - it’s just from experience I’ve found the best way to avoid grief is to always be ready to roll it back after an update rather than go crazy trying to figure out what’s causing the current problem. (Let somebody else do it.)
