I installed Plex on an old laptop with Ubuntu Server 18.04. Plex works, but I can not access the link 127.0.0.1:32401 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I have seen the logs and they are all normal the only problem I do not listen GUI

That is maybe because the port number is 32400, not 32401.
The full URL to load the local web app is http://127.0.0.1:32400/web btw.
