# I need help with Tautulli

I had removed several users from accessing my Plex, i then manually removed them from Tautulli. I have since re-given them access to my Plex but Tautulli doesnt recognize them and re-add them. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Tautulli hoping to basically re-format it or have a “clean” copy to no avail.
Anyway to re-install it and have it start my data from fresh?
