I just want trailers to play before movies. I’m plex pass member… I’ve read thru forum posts. I’ve gone to my Linux server and made sure play 2 trailer’s is up. I’ve gone into the Web app and made sure the freebase press and movie database are set. I’ve gone into my Web app player and made sure settings have play 2 trailers. I’ve gone into my Android tablet and set 2 trailers… NONE of them work… no trailers ever play… Anyone have any helpful suggestions? ---

Is your server [signed in](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200878643-Sign-in-to-Your-Plex-Account "signed in") to [plex.tv](http://plex.tv)? What did you set under Settings - Server - [Extras](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202920803-Extras "Extras") ? Is the following checkbox enabled in the [preferences of your movie](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200289266-Editing-Libraries "preferences of your movie") library (‘Advanced’ tab): ‘Enable Cinema Trailers’? Is the realtime clock of both your server machine and your client set correctly? ---

HOLY MOLY !!! How can 1 little checkmark be such a pain in my bottom… it was the library part for the group movies… THANK YOU SO MUCH… ---
