You haven’t mentioned what exact version of the Plex Media Server you’ve installed on your machine. Also… what agent have you configured for the library in question? Only the (current) Plex Movie agent will support editions!

Scanner = Plex Movie (not Plex Movie Scanner).
Agent = Plex Movie

Yes, that is the agent that has been selected for the library.
No, that’s not the agent which supports Editions.
