Icons And New Install Questions

I got a new PC and installed Plex 1.8.1.4139 on it, as on my previous PC. The icons for options look odd-they are a rectangle with numbers.

Up in the top right (for example), Status looks like: E2, Settings looks like: E2, and so on.

I didn’t even have the option to create a Basic or Premium library, either. IDK if Plex has kept some settings from my last log-in from a few months ago that prevented the library option. It doesn’t seem a new version was pushed if I check Settings>Server>General.

I think I have it somewhat sorted. My default browser is Firefox ESR 52, and I changed to IE. Now, all the icons display properly and the default agent in each category is no longer grayed-out and unselectable. IDK about Premium Library features; I guess when I move the music, I’ll find that out.
