# IMDB integration

I’ve read a lot about IMDB being used, but I would love to have an integration that is tied to a user account, so if I left a review about a movie and rated it, it would sync with the IMDB account; furthermore my review and personal rating would show up on the movie info screen metadata for personal and shared viewers to see.

Although, it’s an extra, there are many posts about pulling watch lists and using similar movies “people also liked who liked this movie” for trailers.

Not sure if it is what you mean but I would love to have a feature that would display my imdb ratings in Plex and also an option to mark as viewed films I have already rated in Imdb…

Yes, that’s pretty close to the same idea. I sometimes strongly disagree with the ratings in PLEX and would like to have my own review in my own library.

I am glad IMDB is now a choice and I agree that integrating user accounts would be great.
