There is a metadata issue with the series DORA (2024). Series metadata is not being updated on Plex, even though it’s been correct in TMDB and TVDB for over a week. To be clear this is not a metadata issue on my specific server, the show and episode information is not being updated on the plex.tv database itself. IIRC Plex prioritizes the title as listed on IMDb when they’re aggregating their metadata. And while the preview of the IMDb link appears to show the series title as „Dora the Explorer“, they’re still listing its original / English / American title as „Dora“ > **[Dora the Explorer (TV Series 2024– ) - Release info - IMDb](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15387926/releaseinfo/)** > > Dora the Explorer (TV Series 2024– ) - Movies, TV, Celebs, and more... ---

Good to know, thanks. IMDB also has correct data for all episodes so I wonder why plex hasn’t grabbed it yet ---

The show is now called “Dora the Explorer (Live Action)” on Plex, but still only shows 1 episode in the season (there should be 28). Could it be related to the new Dora Live Action movie that was announced a couple days ago? The show is clearly not live action, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Either way there is still no episode data at all. Is there somewhere else I should be reporting this? ---

This has been marked as “solved” now. Please allow for caches to expire (i.e. wait another few hours), then re-try Fix Match and/or Split. ---
