Server Version#: 1.40.4.8679 Player Version#: 10.18.0.968 (958413953) **I have the following setup:** - My Plex server is in a Docker container on an Unraid server. The image used is plexinc/pms-docker. The server version is 1.40.4.8679. The Docker network type is Bridge, only 32400 is mapped. - I can access the Plex server via my iOS clients (iPhone and iPad) both in my home network and via the Internet without any problems. - Access also works via the webplay Chrome and Firefox. Directplay on the network works according to the dashboard. **Now to my actual problem:** - When I start Plex on my Android TV (Nvidia Shield), Plex has no internet connection there. It shows me this on startup. - As a result, I can’t change profiles via Plex Home. - If I then select my standard profile, my media libraries all have a yellow exclamation mark in a triangle on the left. After selecting a library, e.g. films, I get a message saying that Plex is not available and that I should press repeat. - After pressing repeat twice, the first time does nothing, the media library is loaded and I can watch my content. I would like the Plex app to always find my server immediately after starting it. This is my first support enquiry. I hope you can help me.
