Installed Beta (and updated to 1.2.2.2857 ) but do not see DVR entry under Settings -> Server

I purchased the lifetime pass, but even after rebooting, i could not see the DVR option.

Don’t update to public versions of PMS if you want the features of the DVR beta.
Deinstall your current version, then install the latest DVR beta

Every time I click on the link for that discussion (https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/230212/dvr-beta-release-access-information) it says I don’t have permission. I purchased the monthly premium yesterday.
