Server Version#: 1.18.x and above Player Version#: Any version, on any player. Intel Celeron J4105 Intel UHD 600 16GB Dual channel RAM Win 10 Pro Since version 1.18.x has been released, Intel HD Graphics users have been experiencing poor quality transcodes when using HW accelerated video transcoding. I have tested most new releases as they come out hoping for a fix, but to no avail. Intel HD drivers are up to date, I have tried several versions as they released updates over the last 6 months. The difference is EXTREMELY apparent, even in the phone recording. These were recorded one after the other with the only difference being the plex server version. Computer was rebooted after each reinstall. This is NOT normal HW transcoding blockiness. As a paying plex pass owner, please fix this already. ---
