# Intro/Credits detection does not work

My main problem isn’t the intro markers because I think they still work, but I haven’t added any new shows with intros that can be detected by Plex. My main issue is with the credits detection. I’ve tried the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) and the restart of Plex Server and still the same.

Here is an example when I try for a new movie to find credits.
