Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081 Player Version#: All I have plexpass and this has been working flawlessly since it’s release, but recently it has stopped working completely. I have tried to purge the Codecs folder and re-analyzed my files and the server says it’s detecting intros but never actually does. (or does and just doesn’t add the timestamps correctly)? Have you verified the newly added seasons have an intro that’s more than 20 seconds and appears in the first half of the episode? Your logs show Plex is scanning for intros without any obvious errors. ---

yes i have, because other episodes of the same show have the intros detected. ---

Keep in mind intros apply per season… so Plex finding intros for one season doesn’t mean the same will apply for another season. ---

yes, same season, and it’s doing the same thing in other shows as well, not just one isolated. I’ve even tried to downgrade the server to the stable version, and it’s doing the same thing. Out of ideas here really. ---

I’m gonna try a [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) for ■■■■■ and giggles and see what it does. Edit: oddly enough the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) fixed that show. intros are now detected on all episodes. ---
