Intro Skip stopped working when I copied from Win PMS to Synology NAS PMS

I copied all my content to my Synology NAS using new shared folders as suggested in the FAQs and all my videos/shows/music are accessible but the skip intro feature isn’t coming up as it had when I had PMS on Windows.

Upon further tests, I’ve found that shows I’ve added after the switch to Synology do present the Skip Intro button but now the dozens of shows we already have.

Is there any way to correct this issue?

The Generate intro video markers is set to “as a scheduled task and when media is added” which I tried setting to “Never” then Save Changes and then set back with no change.
