# IOS App crashing during streaming playback

Player Version#:2026.4.1(1631)

The player crashes on multiple content after approximately 5 mins show the crash screen however, audio continues to stream. There is no way to exit the app other than to force close and restart. The content will play where it was stopped and the issue then repeats later.

can anyone advise if it is app or server related?
