iOS App: Unable to link to the title or service

In get the message “Unable to link to the title or service” whenever I try to watch from an app like Netflix or iPlayer - I’ve set up the streaming services I’m subscribed to or have access to.

The ones that don’t work: Netflix, iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, My5, Pluto TV, Disney+, AppleTV+

The one that does work: Prime Video

So It’s strange that one does work and none of the others.
