# iOS can't connect to server when on same network

Server Version#: binhex/arch-plex (release date - 26/07/2023  
Player Version#: iOS version 8.22

Able to play content on my Windows PC via Chrome and MacOS via Safari but my iPhone 14 cannot find the server.

- Have logged out and in again on the app.
- Plex WebUI says the server can be remotely accessed.
- Logs report this:

```auto
2023-07-28 18:05:50,929 DEBG 'plexmediaserver' stderr output:
connect: Network unreachable

2023-07-28 18:05:58,846 DEBG 'plexmediaserver' stdout output:
Critical: libusb_init failed

```

- However was able to play through Chrome with no issue right after.

Hi, it’s very likely that you are experiencing the same issue as here [Cant grant permissions to access local network on new iPhone](https://forums.plex.tv/t/cant-grant-permissions-to-access-local-network-on-new-iphone/829836/1). A fix for this will be in the next version 8.23, which should be available to public next week.
