# IOS issues with X265 encoded files

Server Version#: 1.41  
Player Version#: 2025.13.0  
Hi everyone, ever since the last update on my iPad, Apple TV, and iPhone, I haven’t been able to play movies encoded in X265 (HEVC). There is no error code, just the pending signal. However, they play properly on my smart TV (LG webOS) and Google Chromecast. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Same issue here. Trying to figure out why h.265 files don’t play and only load.

2025.14 has a fix for HEVC 10-bit playback. Might give it a try when it is available in your area.
