# iOS Plex "Start Download" button isn't working

Please go to setting of iOS itself in **Privacy & Security\>Local Network** and toggle Plex off then on again. This happened to me about a week ago and it solved the issue for me. There are a few macOS and iOS setting like that which get flaky at times.

If still does not work let us know. We would need the app logs after trying
