# Irreconcilable date in api/v2/user response

Interrogating [https://plex.tv/api/v2/user](https://plex.tv/api/v2/user) is returning a value that I cannot reconcile in regards to my own known account information.

My user attribute `joinedAt` (‘1413264741’) appears to be accurate. However, my `subscribedAt` (‘2021-03-24 04:47:17 UTC’) is not correct. My lifetime Plex Pass subscription was made on Oct 29, 2017, which I can confirm at [https://account.plex.tv/payments](https://account.plex.tv/payments). The subscription detail via the API is accurately notated as `plan="lifetime"`.

I haven’t been able to reconcile what this date would be, if it isn’t just simple wrong.
