# Is the beta available for iPad

I have the beta installed on my iPad and every time I try and open it, I get an error and cannot open the Plex beta. I believe it said “certificate not signed by Plex” or something like that…I’ll post a photo of it later when I get the chance.

This is a relatively simple one to fix. All Apps on Apple devices have to be signed, but pre-release/beta applications don’t come through the app store so are signed differently. On the iPad go to Settings -\> General -\> Profiles & Device Management.
You should see Plex,Inc listed under Enterprise App and you have to install/accept that certificate before the app will run.

Great thanks! This helped and allowed it to work! I just didn’t see any documentation when I installed the beta!
