Does the ODROID-XU4 SBC have enough power to run Plex Server?
Got a little bit of 4K content but I mostly play that directly to PC.
If I need to transcode, it will be 4K to 1080.
No way 
Maybe one h264 720p to 480p transcode. Just forget about transcoding with an ARM SoC at the moment.
