Is there a way to edit chapter info in an mp4?

I have imported several concert videos from DVD and Blu-Ray into my plex library where they are stored as MP4 files. The files contain chapter markers because when I play them back I can see each piece of music occupies its own chapter, and these chapters are labelled Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.

I would like to edit “something” so that when I click the chapter menu in the Plex player to pick a chapter, I can see the piece titles rather than simple chapter numbers. Is this possible?

cheers

Google says this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yy0b-3T-Ew4
Download of the compiled Windows software here https://www.videohelp.com/software/Drax

Here is one for Mac: https://www.tranquillitybase.jp/mChapters/mChapters_en.html

A third way would be to change the container to MKV. MKVtoolnixGUI

Thanks. I had a look at Drax but in the end I found a method that works using ffmpeg which I’m comfortable with.

Incidentally a while ago I switched from mkv to mp4 because - despite using the same values for audio and video parameters - mkv movies on my plex server all suffered buffering problems playing on my Sony TV, while mp4 versions played without any issues. Never found out why that was, but I’ve stuck with mp4 ever since.
