Is there a way to make Plex refresh the TV Guide via ajax or something?

I generate my XMLTV file through a third party on a schedule. Is there anyway I can make a web call or something to tell plex to reload the epg guide say every day at 1 am?

I’m running on linux, btw, so can I do a cron job or something?

In Chrome, use the WebClient, and go to settings/Manage/Live TV and DVR

There you’ll find a link to refresh the guide, so before pressing that, hit F12 for debug mode, and then you’ll capture the POST url you are looking for…

Something like:
