Issue with playing on Roku device

Hi,

Sorry but it is my first time posting on here so apologies in advance if this is on the wrong board.

However, I am hoping someone can help me resolve an issue I am facing.

I have the Harry Potter audiobooks avalible for my son who has learning difficulties via Plex so he can still access literature on his tv via a Roku device (I had to convert them to MP4 as I cant seem to get plex to remember location on audio files (would love this feature as it would save me so much time).

Anyways, the last few days we have noticed he was having issues listening to them on Plex I investigated further and upon playing the file on Plex it would just display a black screen with no audio but that seeker bar was clocking up ‘listening time’.

I can play the files just fine on my PC and OnePlus 8 Pro however on Roku it is just doing as described above. I have tried converting the MP4 to MKV and splitting the MP4 into parts but with no success.

I hope someone can assist I have attached the server log as described in the master forum post.

I played the video on my sons Roku device at 15:34:15 for 70 seconds.

All help will be greatly appreciated.
