# Issues accessing plex.tv/desktop

I recently just put in a pfSense router, and it seems after putting it in, I started having issues accessing my plex server via a web browser. I have complete access to my server via my iPhone and Amazon Fire TV, and I have access to my server if I do http://:32400/web. Now, I found looking at my browser network monitor that I’m getting hung up on connecting to plex.direct:32400. I do have 32400 port forwarded (which I don’t think I want this at all because I don’t want this web facing. I also get some 404s on [https://plex.tv/api](https://plex.tv/api). Any thoughts on how I can get this to work properly?
