Issues with Android Mobile App connecting to Plex (Synology PMS)

Running on Synology DS920+ version: DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 3
Current Plex version: 1.21.1.3830-6c22540d5

I currently have the latest PMS version, and latest DSM version.

I have 6 users connected to my PMS. I use my media locally, and 5 users access remotely. I have not had any issues since setting up my PMS about 2 months ago until the last week or 2. The last 3 updates have caused issues accessing media using the Plex mobile app on Android (Samsung S9).

When I open the Plex mobile app, the PMS software immediately stops running on my PMS and everyone looses connection. If I close the mobile app, run the software on my PMS, it works perfectly again for all users who access Plex via Smart TV’s/XBOX/PlayStation. If I open the mobile app again, it crashes.

I access my media using my Samsung Smart TV’s with the Plex app installed, and they work perfectly, but for some reason the Plex mobile app has caused nothing but issues since the last 3 updates that were released this week/last week. It used to work perfectly.

I’m trying to find an older version of Plex so I can downgrade to an older version but I can’t find them on the Plex website?
