I am having issues with buffering on directplay / direct stream / and even when selecting a lower file size and bandwidth.
I upgraded my server from an i7-6700k 32GB RAM and regular HDD for boot-to an entire new setup i7-7820X 64GB Ram SSD for transcoding etc so on so forth
Basically a higher end PC
I was using a Titan XP with unlocked drivers to allow multiple transcodes - and now on the new system I’m using a Quadro P4000 (all new OS - most current and up to date windows and Plex) and now even at home on hard wired I get buffering.
What am I missing?
If I may add - on my older PC I never had these issues. Not once.
I have symmetrical internet (1000 up 1000 down) and when I watched on my phone / tablet / pc anything outside of the network everything ran smooth no buffering. Ever
